Tea with Tammy And Rebecca

Yesterday my beautiful daughter Tammy of Tammys Sweet Heart hosted the most beautiful Easter Tea for myself, my Mom and beautiful Miss Rebecca of A Gathering Place. Be sure to skip on over to their blogs too for more pics.
We were so thrilled to have Rebecca join us for Tammys tea, she is such a delightful and inspirational friend and we had such a good time. Thank you Rebecca for making our day special.
Tammy created such a beautiful day for us, with everything imaginable for eye candy and food fit for a queen. I always so enjoy being able to spend some time with my beautiful daughter and it is always a memory for me to keep. I love all the beautiful decorations she comes up with.
She makes a lot of her decorations such as this little name place sign and all kinds of crafts.
Her cupcakes were over the top and she dipped marshmallows in white chocolate and sprinkles and let me tell you they were delicious. That bunny on the table was painted by no other than sweet Rebecca.
Yummy Easter nests.
My place setting. Isn't it beautiful. This is all I am going to show as I am sure Tammy will show you everything on her post. If it is not posted yet, be sure to check back later on her blog.

Spring Eye Candy

The weather in Okla is fickled, one day it is 32 and the next 74, but all the Robins are singing, the flowers are blooming and the trees are getting leaves, so it is Spring officially. I got out some of my Easter decor
and am setting my house to the Spring feel! I love Spring don't you. My dining/tea room got a little spruce up with some bunnies and see the sign I made that says Tea Menu, I got the blank sign at a new antique shop at Hillsdale, Ok from Red Paisley and took it home and added a little lettering. Now I need to make a menu, lol! All ready for a tea!

This is a decoration I have on my Easter tree, Tammy gave me these that werent decorated yet and I painted them pink, added some rose paper and glitter, and I love them. She made a bunch for her tree.

I love these little chickies with the dunce hats on, LOL!!
The tea table with my favorite rose dishes.

And I am loving my ruffle tablecloth I made from a circle table cloth that I added some ruffles to from a bedskirt. Thanks for the inspiration everyone.

A Garden Tea Forever Remembered

My daughter Tammy gave my Mom and I this lovely Mothers Day Tea a couple of years ago and I have been wanting to make a mini scrapbook of the pictures and memories for so long and finally after finding the pictures I went to work and made this book to immortalize our beautiful day.
It went together faster and better than I imagined it could and I will cherish this book forever. Tammy organizes and works her tail off a few times a year and it is always such a treat for me and I know Tammy enjoys doing it, but this tea was out of the ordinary as she did it in her back yard and it was a beautiful day.

We tried to get as many pictures as possible that day and they were such lovely pictures I had to make them into a book.
Isn't this picture of Tammy in her hat so cute?
Sorry this one is blurry but you get the idea.
My Mom and I, Mom is 85 and she loves these teas as much as I do.

Thanks for stopping by my blog, hope you will return soon. I am linking with Pink Saturday, Show and Tell Friday and Feathered Nest Friday.
