Fall Decorating

Hello my bloggy friends!!! Today I am showing my fall decorations I put up today. I have not fine tuned them, just decided to take down the Halloween decor and up with the Fall decorating. Tammy visited me last night and hyped me into the fall decorating mode.

I am pretty much sticking to the ivory, brown, and rust theme with this Thanksgiving Fall decor this year. I am really liking it, since it makes a cleaner appearance to me.

But I had to add some color here and there with the beautiful picks I bought last year. You will probably see some of these picks at Tammys home also, since we bought them at the same time last year.

Think I've shown you this picture before but just love it so it's worth another show. Covered the pumpkins in the pedestal with dictionary paper.

This is part of my mantle, love the glittery berry picks.

Other side of mantle............!

Middle of mantle.........! LOL

I tried white washing these little pumpkins to make them not so bright orange. Think I like them, but thinking about some more glitter.

White isn't it, but I am loving it so much. My home was so dark for a lot of years, say 25 and once I got that paintbrush in my hand, there is now LIGHT in a dark world, lol.

After I get it all where I want it and fine tuned, I will show you the results. Have a wonderful weekend friends. Hope to see your fall decor too. Off the bloghop!!

Happy Pink Saturday Ginger! I love your fall decor, I wish I was ambitious enough to go all shabby white, creme and neutrals but can't seem to give up my color, too many family pieces would have to go white and I just can't bring myself to do it. Admire the gals that do and hope they love me anyway. Instead I create in whites, cremes and everything in between. Hugs sweet lady and have a great weekend! Marilou

Hi Ginger Sweetie...
Oh what glitter and happiness there is over here. I LOVE it. I love those picks on your mantel, they look like some that I bought at Michael's last year. I loved them also. When I get my stuff down from the attic, we shall see. Wouldn't that be something? Even the same colors I believe. I'll check my tree photos from last year too.

Love your Fall banner, it looks so pretty. I need to find out how you do that. I would love to add one to my mantel.

Love the look of those white washed pumpkins, they are so pretty. You and Tammy do such a beautiful job bringing your homes to life. I love coming to see you both.

I am going to possibly put up my newest little Christmas tree tomorrow. It is one that will catch your eye. I think you and Tammy will love it. Keep an eye on my blog. It is SO colorful.

Popping over to say hello to Tammy. I look forward to seeing more festivities at both of your beautiful homes.

Many hugs and much love, Sherry
